    Venue questions

    My venue is already listed. Who put it there?

    Our editorial team or a curator. Listings exist because we think people should know about you. Claiming makes it yours: you control the menus, photos, hours and replies.

    What does claiming involve?

    Sign in, hit Claim on your listing, and verify that you represent the venue with an email domain or phone check. Five minutes, free, forever.

    Can I cancel Membership any time?

    Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing month. Annual plans run to the end of the year you paid for. Your listing drops back to Claimed, and nothing is deleted.

    What happens if both Featured slots in my area are taken?

    You join the waiting list and we tell you the moment one opens.

    Do paid venues rank higher in normal search?

    No. Sponsored slots are labelled and limited. Organic results stay organic.
