La Bellezza

La Bellezza is a spectacularly designed 150-seat Italian restaurant and pizzeria that transports you to a wild Perugia courtyard. The venue spans three floors with dramatic interiors: floor-to-ceiling illuminated bottle walls, seven-metre velvet curtains, handmade pale orange Murano glass chandeliers, and white and green Italian marble flooring. The kitchen is led by Head Chef Mimmo Ruggiero, who crafts 100% homemade Italian classics from ingredients sourced directly from over 170 Italian producers. Try the 250g Puglian burrata with Carasau sardinian bread and basil pesto, crab linguine with lemon butter, or the show-stopping carbonara served from a massive Pecorino DOP wheel. Bold pizzas include classics like Margherita di Bufala alongside adventurous options like the double truffle or Brumsaola. There is a 25-seat terrace overlooking Chamberlain Square for alfresco dining.

La Bellezza

La Bellezza is Big Mamma Group’s first UK restaurant outside London, opened November 2024 in Paradise. Spread across three levels with a 25-cover terrace overlooking Chamberlain Square, the 150-cover space recreates a wild Perugian courtyard with handmade Murano glass chandeliers, seven-metre tapestry curtains, vintage novellas lining a six-metre bookcase, and illuminated shelves displaying thousands of Italian wines. Head Chef Mimmo elevates homemade Italian classics: burrata with basil pesto, beef tartare with anchovy-caper chimichurri, hand-rolled pasta (linguine, spaghetti, ravioli, mafaldine) with crab or truffle sauce, and slow-fermented Neapolitan pizzas ranging from Mammargherita di Bufala to wild twists like Doppio Tartufo. The showstopping La Gran Carbonara comes tableside from a massive Pecorino DOP wheel. Desserts include a six-inch lemon meringue pie. All ingredients sourced directly from 170+ Italian producers.
