Sign-in, security, your basket and remembering this choice. To stop the free Heavy One messages and the free daily videos being reused we also count them against a scrambled version of your IP address on our server, kept 24 hours. Nothing is stored on your device for that.

Functional

Remembers you between visits: your dietary mode, how you like your saved places shown, a plan you have not saved yet, and a "Welcome back" after you sign in. It also runs the Heavy One guest trial, with a guest ID on this device and a scrambled record of this device (browser, screen size, time zone, language) on our server for 30 days, so your free messages are counted fairly and your chat comes with you when you sign up.

Analytics

A short-lived ID for this tab, so we can see how Heavy One and the planner are used and improve them.

Marketing

Credits the curator who sent you, and records which link brought you to an order. No ads follow you around.
