Rang the store the guy was mumbling , didn't understand a word of English properly, cut me off, then I rang back and some other guy answers the phone.. chicken slider came with a Tiny piece of chicken in a normal burger bun. Crinkle cut fries weren't golden brown as described they where brown and dry. Toast was cooked on one side other side was not even cooked. Wouldn't order again no chance... Kids strips where as hard as a brick.

DISGUSTING! : I was really looking forward to trying this, but unfortunately I was very disappointed. From the first bite I could tell the chicken quality wasn’t good. It tasted like low-quality or old meat and even had some blood inside, which made it quite unpleasant to eat. After a few bites of the burger I couldn’t finish it, and I had the same experience with the strips. Really dry and hard. Felt disgusted by it. Honestly, I’d rather go to Howling Chicken or Flame & Bird where the chicken quality is noticeably better. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!
I want to share my honest review on this restaurant. I visited that place today on recommendation of my friend. We went there with families. First of all the prices are high as compare to the other neighbours. Talking about food we order tenders, Burgers and loaded fried. I noticed that the piece of chicken I received contained visible blood and veins inside, even though it appeared fully cooked on the outer side. On our complain they change it but again it was even worst. For the reference the pictures are attached. I don't know how they are operating this restaurant and playing with people health. I can say this is one of the worst places i have ever visited in birmingham. I will definitely complain to food authorities regarding this.
Came here after a long while. The place itself is quiet small so not many tables. The service was decent, the food came out quickly they just gave less tissues and sauces considering there was three meals they gave for two. It was all fine they gave the extras when asked. The place itself is clean and accept card. The food was decent the burgers are on the small side compared to other competitors. Overall decent. They do need better more succulent chicken though.
