Fiesta Del Asado
Fiesta Del Asado brings the vibrant spirit of Argentina to Edgbaston with a commitment to traditional asado barbecue dining culture. The open kitchen features charcoal grills where skilled chefs work the parrilla over applewood, imparting distinctive smoky flavours to naturally-reared, grass-fed beef dry-aged for 28 days, alongside lamb, chicken and seafood. The space combines rustic warmth with contemporary style-duck-egg blue bar, rich wooden floors and exposed brick walls create an inviting, animated atmosphere perfect for groups and celebrations.
Mains like Beef Asado Rigatoni (£22.90), Seabass Parrilla (£25.95) and Lamb Shank (£32.95) demonstrate the kitchen’s range beyond the headline grills. Vegetarians have options including Verduras Rigatoni and Cauliflower Provoleta. Desserts feature Argentine signatures like Apple Empanada with dulce de leche ice cream and traditional Churros with warm chocolate. The menu also includes weekend brunch and Sunday roasts. Service is attentive and knowledgeable; expect a lively, convivial vibe with live music and occasional Tango lessons.

Came here for our fathers day dinner and it was lovely. Parisa was our server and she was so sweet and accommodating for our big group. All the food was amazing, l had the ribeye and the sticky toffee pudding which were delicious. It's our go to steak restaurant

Absolutely delicious! The tomahawk steak was perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and incredibly tender and juicy. The potato terrine served alongside was soft and complemented the steak beautifully. The spaghetti was rich and full of flavor, and the cocoa bread was wonderfully soft and tasty. The chocolate dessert was just as good as always. The waitresses were friendly, and helpful, making the whole experience even better.

Went in on Tuesday night in February so it was quiet. I was staying locally so was eating alone. The waitress was really helpful recommending the Beef Rigatoni. The food was delicious. Couldn’t fault it at all.

Nice place, lovely steak dishes available cooked how you want them. Lots of Desserts options. Good quantity so bring a empty belly ready to eat alot. Baby friendly. Only minor is the parking, there sn't alot of space for parking. And we came on a rather quiet day. We spent ,300 pounds between 4 of us. 5 Desserts 4 mains 3 starters. And one alcoholic beverage each.
