Read all 5Helen was amazing! Not only was the food absolutely outstanding, but Helen ran round and made sure she went above and beyond! I shall be back. All vegans and some gluten free requirements. Probably the best restaurant for healthy, high quality ingredients made into the greatest flavours. Martyn and Josie
Had a lovely meal at Pho today....The food was fresh, tasty and well presented...The staff are really attentive and quick despite working under extreme pressure due to the heat. Highly recommended if you fancy something different!!! Just above the New Street Station, so handy...

We had such a lovely meal here. Everything was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The spring rolls were crispy, the rice bowl was delicious, and the soups were rich and comforting. Aimee was amazing—so friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. She really made the experience even better. Definitely come hungry, because the portions are generous and you’ll want to enjoy every bit of it.
I was delayed in Birmingham New Street and Pho was a good place to get some dinner before I could resume my journey. Food was good: I enjoyed the noodles and broth and the summer rolls (prawn). See pics. Atmosphere was.. a chain restaurant in a food hall. Service was ok.
We had such a fantastic experience at Pho, made even better by our wonderful hostess, Helen. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making us feel relaxed and well looked after throughout our visit. Her friendly manner and professionalism really stood out, and she’s a true credit to the team. Great food, great atmosphere, and exceptional service thanks to Helen — we’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
